- Structured campaign planning to drive up pre-registration and booking and build communication
- Design and layout from provided web graphics to mimic the style of your event and website
- Multipart HTML and Plain Text e-mail design (works on a computer OR handheld e-mail)
- Advice on content, subject line, “reply to” address, unsubscribe and data protection policies
e-mail sending:

- Personalisation of all e-mails
- Deduplication of lists against pre-booked tickets & badges /existing lists
- Scheduling of emails to arrive at key buying times (not 8am Monday morning!)
- Scheduling to ensure balanced load on hotline(s) and web services
- Reporting on success/failure rate of email addresses
- Optional unsubscribe/gone away/query handling (quoted per '000)
- Tracking to validate which bookings came from which e-mail campaign (PIN code mailers)
