Who are Interchange Communications?

We are an award winning innovator devoted to helping organisers increase attendance at shows whist offering the best possible service to both visitors and exhibitors.

Originally founded as a registration company in 1997, as part of the Interchange Group, we have grown into a service provider that has a range of services tailored to the events industry. Please have a browse around our website to see our services and how we can apply these to your show.

In 2008, we were recognised as innovators in the Mash Media awards for our work on e-badging and mobile badging, helping to cut out waste on events and change the culture of entrance management at our clients' exhibitions.

We have been the first in the industry on many fronts (providing interactive touch screens onsite, providing live lead recording to exhibitors, to name just two), but we really pride ourselves on the basics of the job that are so often overlooked. Whether it is ensuring quick, efficient entrance into the show, or helping the visitor with a query, it is the small ‘less impressive' things that we base our entire business on.
