Photo Badging for a more Secure Event

To help organisers operate a more secure event environment, Interchange offers a pre-event and onsite photo badging service for events. Pre-event, visitors or exhibitors requiring badges submit their registration as standard, and are presented with the option of uploading an electronic photograph, taken with digital camera/web cam or scanned from a passport photograph.

This uploads the photograph against the visitor's record, allowing it to be printed directly on to badge stock in advance of the event, or collected onsite.

Benefits include:

• Verification of ID at fixed terminals matching visitor details to a photograph
• Ensure passes aren't handed from event personnel to visitors
• Photographs printed on badges mean they can't be removed/adjusted to change the photograph

For visitors who aren't able to submit photographs online, we are able to offer the facility to encapsulate passport photographs on badgestock under transparent laminate strips.
