Ticket Scanning Systems

Interchange Communications has pioneered the use of Ticket Scanning on exhibitions to help deliver a better visitor experience. Removing the need for ticket stubs and ticket tearing on the door, each ticket or wristband is individually bar coded. For more information, go to custom tickets. This allows your visitors through the doors quickly and effeciently without losing the information of who is visiting your event and when. These are placed at the entrance to your event and as each customer enters there tickets will be scanned. All visitors have a barcode on their ticket, which when decoded has all the information given to us on there booking form. This allows you, post event to analyse your data to tell you things such as how many attendees and the most popular day/session

For exhibitors, we are now able to offer the ONLY lead recording system for stands available on UK consumer events. As visitors come to your stand, you can use their bar coded tickets to take down their name and address quickly, or to enter them into competitions directly on your stand. Our scanners are available to hire to the exhibitors or organisers wanting to track visitors around their event or run competitions. All visitors have a barcode on their ticket, which when decoded has all the information given to us on the booking form which they completed when they ordered there tickets. All exhibitors hiring them from us will be guided through the use of them however they work very simply.
